How to practice

  1. 1.Sit or lie down comfortably.
  2. 2.Inhale slowly: first fill the belly, then the ribs, then the upper chest.
  3. 3.Soft pause at the top to feel the fullness.
  4. 4.Exhale slowly in reverse: chest, then ribs, then belly.
  5. 5.Wait for the body's natural impulse to inhale again.

Adjust

Beginners can start at 3-1-3-0. Lengthen both phases for deeper relaxation.

Take care

Stop if you feel light-headed and resume normal breathing.
