How to practice

  1. 1.Sit comfortably, lips gently closed.
  2. 2.Inhale deeply through the nose.
  3. 3.Pause for a moment to feel the fullness.
  4. 4.Exhale with a steady "Mmmmmm" hum until your lungs are empty.
  5. 5.Optional: rest your fingers gently over your ears to amplify the vibration inside.

Adjust

The hum should be 2–3× longer than the inhale. Lengthen it as comfort allows.

Keep the hum gentle. Do not strain the throat.
